George Kennedy - In 1981, I used to work for a flying club at Van Nuys Airport (Van Nuys, California). One day, during my lunch break, a familiar voice asked if I could fuel up his Beechcraft Bonanza. I turned around to say that I was on my lunch break and saw that it was George Kennedy (Joe Petroni) from the "Airport" movies. I stopped eating my lunch and proceeded to fuel up Mr. Kennedy's plane. We chatted for a while that day and many more times after that. He was always very nice to me.
