Anne Murray - I was on a business trip and making my way through Chicago O'Hare airport late one night when, as I finally reached my gate, they announced another flight delay. I sat down and prepared for another lonely evening spent in an airport holding yard. Being Canadian, I immediately reconized the Canadian superstar sitting quietly across from me in the aisle. I smiled and said hello and drummed up the courage to ask her the all-time dumbest question, "Going somewhere?" She smiled and nodded to the simpleton, "Yes, she was." I then asked her for her autograph and had her sign a book I had bought for my daughter. Life is made up of important life-changing moments when you establish yourself as a scholar. This wasn't one of them!
