Marlon Brando - I was in a California boarding school back in the '70s, right around the time "The Godfather" came out. Chris Brando, son of Marlon, attended the same school. Chris and I were friendly, and he hadn't killed anyone yet. One afternoon, as I was about to go upstairs to the dorm, the door opposite me swung open, and who was there but The Godfather himself, looking older and heavier than I expected. It was just the two of us in the stairwell. I focused on his short, gray ponytail. He looked straight at me, not at all friendly, and said, "Where's my son, where's Chris?" I was too flustered to say anything, so I pointed upstairs. I was just a kid, after all, and he was Marlon Brando. And that was the end of our encounter.
