Steven Tyler - Waiting backstage after an Aerosmith concert in Lexington, Kentucky; Finally, Steven Tyler showed up. There were about ten physically or mentally challenged people in wheelchairs in the center of the Meet and Greet room. Steven immediately went past all the other fans to talk and sign autographs, for these dedicated fans. What a great person! You dont see much of that compassion anymore.
